There was an article recently on the bulletin for a powder dispensing system that worked with different scales. I don't seem to be able to find it. Anyone know what it is called?

I haven't seen the article you are referring to, but it's probably the Ingenuity Precision dispenser. It's not out yet, but is in pre-order.

I was recently on there website, it is still a pre-order item. My question is does anyone have one and where are they located? I don't feel secure with a company that doesn't post there address or give a price of there product.
