Potential feeding problems with Rem. 700?

What is the likelihood of encountering feeding problems when converting a Remington 700 magnum LA to handle 308 Winchester or 6mm XC? I will be replacing the factory bolt with an aftermarket bolt of correct face size.

Your feed rails may not feed these cartridges properly and the follower will need changed.

You may have to change to a detachable bottom metal setup. A follower might work or at least help out. Internal magsl can be a large pain sometimes.
