Posting and emailing photos

Google bought out my photo sites, Picasa, and Tiny pic. I was willing to pay the monthly fee, except they said I could only download 1 pic at a time, no bulk download.
Can I put my photos on a memory stick and download them to a friendly photo site that I can use?

Although it's not the most user friendly site, I just use Google Photos. Microsoft Onedrive is another.

No problem using Image Shack, reasonable fee, load all the bulk you want.
