Possible chamber issue.

If it were my rifle I would polish the back half of the die to size .002” at the .200” line and call it good.
Sizind Dies are hardened, my guess you polish .002 out of the die you will be through the harding and will get galling on the die and brass.

May or may not get through the carburizing. I always asked for a thin skin and file hard. Not sure what thin skin actually measured but it was more than a couple of thou. One thing I know is you'll quit in frustration before you polish out a .001"
 
With a +.002” tolerance that number is .4742”.

What print are you looking at? It clearly states +.002” on diameter and +.015” on length.

Kleanbore 1 statement: “Before firing it measures .466 after firing it measure .473.”

The difference of 0.007 on the before /after firing to me is the issue and a problem for him.
