The whole deal is not that a brace is illegal. It's that without a 16 inch barrel and an OAL of 26 inches they consider it to be an SBR. ATF is like a rudderless ship, someone needs to be able to make a decision and stick to it, and the leader of ATF needs to not be a politician, they need to be a LEO that can leave politics behind.

The ATF is puffing it's chest out saying they will still enforce it but the Judge is telling them it's a moot case with NO laws broken and no charges can be filed. The ATF just needs to be put in it's place, once and for all.

Yup. ATF got smacked in the snout by a federal judge and this is them Saving Face trying to flex their muscles and act like the tough guy.

Until they start arresting and Prosecuting people, this is nothing more than a big old Flex by the ATF.

That said it makes sense to take advantage of the zero tax SBR Form1. I'd suspect that's just the ATFs way to make a list of all SBR owners for later confiscation.... except you know for a fact they kept all the NICS 4473 applications so they already know that information.

The value of that is being able to say in court that we went far above and what the second amendment requires to try to remain legal even in the face of a federal bureaucracy clearly violating the Constitution.

The ATF is blatantly in violation of the Second Amendment in its mere existence, and the Republicans need to grow some b@lls and disband it.

Far as this video always remember these video guys do what they do to make money so they got to have something exciting and outrageous to say and so they say what they say in the most outrageous and scary way.
