Possible ATF change re Pistol Brace Rules

I am surprised they weren't illegal to start with, along with bump stocks.

The whole deal is not that a brace is illegal. It's that without a 16 inch barrel and an OAL of 26 inches they consider it to be an SBR. ATF is like a rudderless ship, someone needs to be able to make a decision and stick to it, and the leader of ATF needs to not be a politician, they need to be a LEO that can leave politics behind.

The ATF is puffing it's chest out saying they will still enforce it but the Judge is telling them it's a moot case with NO laws broken and no charges can be filed. The ATF just needs to be put in it's place, once and for all.

They are blatantly saying screw you!! But the problem is This is our tax dollars that they are wasting on a something a judge has said has no merit. Just outright wasting tax payers dollars STILL!!
