Positive Experience With PMA Tool

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with PMA Tool. I got a bore guide for my Barnard from them, and liked it enough that I ordered one for my Remington 700, too. Unfortunately, the 700 guide didn't quite fit--turns out there was a labeling mix-up in their warehouse, and they grabbed the wrong one when they filled my order.

So I messaged them, along with my order number, and let them know I was having trouble. Despite being a 9-month old order, and despite being something I should have known as soon as I got the the bore guide, AND despite being out of the office for New Years, I had a response back inside of two hours, and a correct bore guide with return envelope for the incorrect one two days after they got back to the office. I've gotten slower (and worse!) support from folks with whom I've had a paid support contract, and certainly didn't expect that rapid an answer over the holidays.

In addition to that, they make a terrific bore guide! It's long enough that it will actually stabilize the cleaning rods I need for my 30" barrels, and they have enough high-grade o-rings on there that my solvents stay where I put them, without trickling down into my action and trigger. Couple that with outstanding service and support, and I'll happily check them out when I need stuff in the future!
