POLITICAL SIGNS AT THE RANGE?

The blue ones make the best target backers . Because of the contrast between target and backer of course.
I glue parchment paper over the entire face so I start with a clean white backer behind my targets...I don't need distractions in the scope,my mind likes to wander enough on it's own. I also glue(Elmer's white glue) my targets to the parchment, makes for nice clean holes...and peels right off so targets don't get damaged. Of course this is all done for my home range ,public range would not be ideal for this approach .

Just a word of caution. Those signs belong to the person who put them up. If you get caught defacing or stealing them, you can be charged. I realize that most cities have a time period to take them down, but just relaying what has happened in our town.

Code enforcement laws cover placement of those and other bandit signs.
It appears most folks are just helping out the county workers and doing a bit of recycling in the process...

In the PNW for one range they order it in 6X6 pre cut for the Long Range Targets.
Works well in rainy places ..

There was certain way to install ?? the way the core had tp face up ( top of target ).

It's probably already been done, but can you imagine the news bite on CNN where they show us "evil gun fanatics" shooting at the face of say, Nancy Pelossi or --- well, let's just leave it at Nancy Pelossi. jd
You hear the story then walk into the room to see what this fanatic looks like and there you are giggling about how small of a group you shot. Or cussing the new bullets aren’t living up to expectations...

Chloroplast is one of the best target backers.

The stuff can be had 4 free ... from signs used everywhere. Just ask any store manager to save you some, pick them up & thank him.

I live in the PNW 3 hours north of Seattle. Rain proof targets are a necessity. I use these signs as backers and use Tyvek that I cut to size for the targets. I draw whatever markings I need on it with a sharpie and cover any target dots with clear packing tape.

My target was out in the pouring rain for 3 hours the other day while load testing and was none the worse for wear.
