Pointed Lapua 7mm 180 scenar G7?

Any G7 estimates out there for pointed 7mm 180gr Scenar L's?

Around .352 G7 if 6% improvement with pointing (large meplat on that bullet, so could be a bit more).

The new Scenar L's are already pointed or at least improved. I ran a test at 1000 yards shooting non pointed, slightly pointed and pointed bullets and there was no difference in point of impact between the three. The test was also backed up by a fellow shooter.
Sorry I can't help with the bc figures, but if you're using the newer Scenar I would bother pointing them.

I have used180 Laps quite a bit for Fclass also out of a 30" tube. I find these to be a very consistent projectile to use, and are easy to tune. The Krieger and Brux barrels I have used them in so far prefer to be jammed. Of course when doing your ladder tests try a ladder with 15 thou jump and another with a 15 thou jam, you will soon work out a preference. The two powders of choice are 2209 (4350) and 2213sc (4831sc). 3 speeds that work well for me are 2770, 2820 and 2850.
