It will. But again 3” in 100 yards caused by parallax is quite unlikely. That’s a huge shift and if you were way back from the scope and shifted your head from far right and then left (an insane example) you’ll get a big shift but I feel 3” is too much.Improper parallax adjustment will also contribute to the problem…
Parallax is not really understood by many and the manufacturer putting numbers supposedly representing range has only made it more confusing.
