I recently purchased a PMA Tool neck turner http://www.pmatool.com/index.php?cPath=27_42_78with an adapter allowing me to use a K&M donut cutter mandrel. I messed up the installation of the adapter/mandrel and couldn't get it out again. I called PMA. Pat Reagin said no problem, just send it back and they would fix it. Now comes the unbelievable part. I mailed it at 9:36 AM on the 31st and got it back at 9:40 AM on the 5th! Five days & 4 minutes round trip from El Paso, TX to Fort Wayne, IN and back. That is what I call service and the turner is a work of art to boot. Pat even installed it the correct way! Thanks PMA.
