PMA Cartridge Case holder vs the Flash Hole De-burrerer

NETim

Curmudgeon-at-large
To save wear and tear on my fingers and possibly speed up the process, I recently purchased a PMA case holder to use when I chamfer the case mouth and deburr the flash hole. The PMA tool chucks up nicely in my little rechargeable electric screwdriver.

The problem is the case holder "pilot" (which enters the primer pocket) and the pilot on the deburr tool interfere. Therefore, the flash hole can't be cleaned up as the cutting surface never makes contact with the cartridge case when the case is mounted up in the case holder.

The question is, what would be the best way to correct this? Grind down the pilot a little on the case holder? Shorten the tip on the de-burr tool? Or build up the shoulder on the case holder thereby effectively reducing the length of the pilot portion of the case holder? (super glue a thin washer on the shoulder of the tool?)

Or maybe there's another fix I'm not seeing?

I'm open to suggestions.

Thanks!

Edited to add: The cases I'm currently working with are obviously deprimed.

I put a file to the "pilot" portion of the case holder that fits inside the primer pocket. I took a few thousandths off. Now the flash hole uniformer bit makes contact with the flash hole and does its job.
I was a little reluctant to modify something I just received today. An earlier test with a few layers of Aluminium foil indicated that shortening up the pilot would get me the desired result.

Shoulda bought this tool long ago.
