Joe sent the DOJ into 24 states to "observe", so I doubt he believes state law should control elections. More likely they will look for ways to count votes that don't follow state law, as those are the easiest to fraudulently submit.

years ago the left decided to boycott Chick fil-A due to there stance on an issue.. I wont say the issue. But supporters turned out in droves and Chick-fil-A nation wide broke a daily sales record.
