??? ??? I don't know how one could even answer that question. What caliber? what distance? what cartridge? I would need at least that before deciding. They are both great bullets that will work fine under the right conditions.

Anyone who votes Accubonds has obviously never used Berger VLDs.

Bergers penetrate way better in the 6.5mm 140gr class and deliver way better terminal damage.

I used to use Accubonds and it's not too bad a bullet. tried Bergers for the first time and never went back to Accubonds or anything else.
Now 13+ big game kills with Berger VLDs and still haven't had any reason to change my loyalty to Berger.

I voted for the Accubond. I have used Berger vlds (and others) it is the go to bullet for my .30 cal. Wished I could find some as I am out. I am kind of surprised at the Barnes affection some have. I don't care for it. I don't think it kills as fast on a true broadside, thru the ribs shot. The only way I can get it to work well is take some solid bone like a shoulder on the shot as well. The more solid mass, other than just the lungs and the better it seems to work. Slightly quartering away works well. Do that and most are DRT.
