Hello every one Im a long time reader first time poster, you guys are shooting geniuses, so I know you can help me..
Ok im looking for a scope thatll be good from 50-600+yds the scopes ive been looking at are as fallows
elite 3200 10x40mm
Super sniper 10x42mm or 16X42mm
4-16x50mm ill ret
Swift 6-18x44mm
Bushnell 4200 6-24x50
sightwonders.com its a Wonder Optics Tactical 4-14x50
and ive just been introduced to vector optics
of course im hoping that you will give me more scope Ideas
in a perfect world the price would be in the $250 and under range and I seriously wouldnt want to go over $350 but if needed I would, I know the S&B's, IOR,Zeiss, and leupolds are awsome but way out of my budget.
Thanks for any advice I really appreciate your time and the knowledge that this website and the members have given me.
Thank you
Jerry M.
also any one here from the nebraska area?
UPDATE
it will be on a custom rem 700 "im a machinist" that Ill be making early spring havnt decided on caliber yet its currently a .270 win but i think itll become a 30-06 or a wildcat I want something with 1000 yard ability
and i want to be able to see a quater sized dot at 600+yds
I own a couple nice rifles and nice glass but I wanna go a new more economical route. so for the sake of my questions please look at me as though I know absolutely nothing about scopes or rifles because compared to you guys I dont, and thats why im here
Thanks for the help guys
