"The actions are available in both standard and .223 bolt heads, and are available in 2 configurations; right bolt - right port or right bolt - left port, and both come in stainless steel.

It also features the NEW Target AccuTrigger, now adjustable from 2 1/2 lbs. to as low as approximately 6 oz., and allows the shooter to easily adjust trigger pull himself, without having to pay a gunsmith to adjust it - a feature exclusive to Savage Arms.

I just ordered,three weeks out yet) 12 of Savage's Newest Target Trigger Model 12 Actions. I will be getting the following:
RBRP - Right Bolt - Right Port Actions in .378 BF and .473 BF
RBLP - Right Bolt - Left Port Actions in .378 BF and .473 BF

These are the newest Toys for big boys from Savage. They will all be Single Shot Actions with the newest Target Accu-Triggers. These new Target Accu-Triggers are adjustable from 6 oz. to 2 1/2 lb. I was able to finally nail down my cost so I can now offer these. Based on my delivered cost these will be available for $415.00 + $12.00 S&H to your FFL. These are ordered with some of everything so at this point I can offer all of Savage's options. All of these Savage Actions are Large Shank Actions. Jim Baker,Mr. Furious) told me that there is a "Group Buy" going on with Pac-Nor at this time so make your Action choice and then get your barrel on order as well.

Picked mine up at Gene Sears Supply, El Reno, OK last Thursday. RBRP, std bolt face. Cost was $375. Contact BJ. Didn't ask if they had any more in stock, but BJ said more were on order, including RBLP. Have ordered a SSS stock and am pondering the caliber. Will probably go with a 6X47 Lapua since I have the dies and brass on hand. Vic

I was just looking at the pic savage has on thier web site. But they do not really list any specs. What is the3 diam? Is it larger than their normal actions? $375 sounds pretty good but I wish they would make ot for LA rounds.

According to the release only right bolt models, left bolt probably next year if at all. I suggest you call savge if interested.

One of the guys over at SavageShooters.com contacted Savage and they said they would do them if demand was there. I'd contact Savage direct and register the request.
