Seams like every person with a Mosin these days wants to make it into somthing else. I am these days more interested in just collecting them but since I built what a lot of people call the dream Mosin I guess that's why I said it.

I have found the inner receiver ring to be a pain in the butt. Would actually avoid them. I am working on building an iner ring right into the barrel. Will post a CAD drawing soon. All the benefits and a lot less headack. Last one I did with the inner ring added about 4hrs to the job.
