your phone service provider has nothing to do with a cell camera. The camera works through an APP you download and sign into to operate the camera and see the pics. You don't even need a phone and can do it from anything that can download the APP.

When it says Verizon or AT&T just means it uses their towers. I use a Verizon tactacam reveal but it also comes with a AT&T card if their service area is better suited for your area. Just get the app, put in credit card and it bills you on its on. Simple as that.

Steer clear of Spypoint products - no matter how they are rated. They offer zero customer support.

We started out with Spypoints, not good luck with them. We now have a bunch of Stealth Cams and no issues. They come ATT&T and Verizon ready. Buy the provider that you have. These set up pretty easily also.

The Cuddeback system is cheaper than standalone cell cams and instead of pics from one cam, you get them from all linked cams as often as 1x/hour. You can also set priority cams to send me photos immediately for security-ish operations. I pay $360/yr for the cell link.

We have been using Cuddeback for the past four years and have about 20. You can get status messages that tell you photos taken, battery level, signal strength, and unique name/ID up to every six hours. We added solar cells and some cams have been out for two years without interaction by us.
