Passing of a Benchrest legend

Don Nielson has passed away.
Don was a NBRSA Life Member and a staple at BR Competitions all over the country. He made the world team, of which he was very proud. A great machinist that made many BR Tools and gadgets. He was a staple out here in the west and a friend and mentor to many. Don's personality was a tad brush for some, but he always was there to follow the rules and be a coach. He will be missed.

I have quite of few of his neck turning tools and always remember him from the SS at Kelbly's. RIP Don.

Very sad news! I never met the man, but I have a lot of respect from I read and heard about him. We are running out of legends everyone!
