Palomino Valley Long Range Varmint silhouette

Palomino Valley Gun Club (20 minutes outside Reno, NV) will be holding their Long Range Varmint Silhouette match coming up Saturday, August 13.

Match consists of 40 shots for record, distances are from 220 yards to 850 yards. Each shot is at a different target and yardage, in random order called by your score keeper, while on the clock. Varmint type guns and bipod or backpacks, no rear rest. Good repeatable target turrets and known dope is a must.

Myself, my father and my uncle will be attending from Stockton, CA. I was talking with Steve P. at Sacramento about it, but their range isn't really set up for it. I do like shooting the military semiauto silhouette matches as well there.
