What kind of pad have you fellas found to work well with the front rest.I have tried the pod pad I would like to get some other ideas to try and see what works for me and what does not.

Thanks

i took a piece of close weave carpet and contact glued it to a rubber welcome mat. it's stiff and hard enough for supporting the Joy Pod but flexible enough to work on uneven ground

Quite a few of us use rubber stall mat from the farm store cut to size, with some carpet on top. The mat is heavy so it works well for grass firing lines.

swadiver's glued carpet/mat approach works - I use one of his creations for midrange ftr and get excellent results with it!

12x22 and change custom cutting board from cutting board.com

Realize this is an old thread that's been resurrected, but has anyone found a good alternative use for a Seb Podpad? I haven't used mine since going the rigid board route.
