Pac Nor

Who has experience with Pac Nor? I have read both great and terrible reviews on them. I’m looking to purchase a .284 8 twist from them and have them chamber it off of my dummy round.

I got a 26" in 30/06 ack imp. Good hunting barrell good service.

I had an 1/8 .260 barrel, shot mid & long range prone with it. Shot well, lasted as long as .260's do. I'd get another.

I've never heard any bad reports about them. I had a great experience with them, talked on phone, and via e-mail to negotiate the purchase of a barrel from them a year or so ago. They were great, and I can be a pain in the ass. I'd recommend them. jd

Oh yeah, the barrel is great.

6 BR and a .222. Both accurate slick barrels that didn't foul. Both were Super Match stainless.

I have two 1] 22-250 ai that shoots fantastic and another in 375 and it also shoots fantastic!! I Would buy another!! RW

I like them and from my experience you will get your barrel pretty much exactly on the date they promised.

+1. I have 2 of their top tier barrels and they both shoot as good as any barrel that I have ever owned. Very good barrels and customer service to match. Buy with confidence.:);)

I was just looking at the original post, and was wondering what the main reason for chambering from a dummy round is for you. Am I correct that you want to match existing dies, brass, etc?? jd

I bought two barrels from them when it was possible to deliver to Spain.
Both in SS high grade, and both still up and running perfect.
The have very good products at a nice price, and the make what you ask for, no matter what.

I have 3 of their barrels, (all within the last 2 years) they are all very good to great shooters. Plus, they clean so easily! I purchased 3 rifles last month...As soon as I can they will all be going in for new barrels to them.

A gunsmith friend was just at their plant in Brookings. Said they had bought some new state of the art lathe equip recently. Like stuff that measures to 5 digits.

Just got a 6.5 Grendel barrel from them. Sent the old barrel (howa factory with the hole 55 this off center) and had em duplicate the contour. Couldn't have been happier. Shoots great, easy break in
