Pac-Nor Barrels Benchrest Quality?

After shooting 600yd IBS and F-Class events, seems like Pac-Nor barrels name isn`t mentioned much. I have only seen 2 custom rifles built with Pac-Nor barrels (204 Ruger & 308 Bisley). Accuracy wasn`t great and both shooters were experienced handloaders. Just wondering.

I have several Pac Nor barrels and love each one. My best 5 shot group with a 6mm wildcat cartridge was .044 inches.

I have a 10 twist pac nor super match barrel on my 300 WM. It shoots half MOA @ 100 with various selected handloads and .75-1MOA at longer distances. This is most likely due to the shooter, and recoil. I had two shots @ 425 almost touching this past weekend, and yanked one to enlarge the group to 5". I'm happy with my pac nor barrel. I believe all manufacturers have good ones and an occasional bad one.

i have one in 6br 8 twist use it in FClass out to 800m and love it!!!
