Pac Nor barrel wait

Wondering what is the average wait is on a Pac Nor barrel, it's just about 5 weeks now.

I ordered a new fitted barrel from them Monday; told me 7 - 8 weeks.

I just ordered a barrel installed from pac-nor about 3 weeks ago. i was told wait was 12-14 weeks for chambered barrel installed.

Ordered a 28" Pac-Nor stainless Super-Match barrel, three groove, 1-8" twist, PTC in .243 Win for a Savage action. Placed the order on 01/16/06.

My card was billed when it shipped on Friday, 02/21/06 and I had it in my hands the following Tuesday.

Now just waiting for my stock to come in so the games can begin

I ordered the same bbl you did about 3 weeks ago. I hope it comes soon my old Pac-Nor is headed south in a hurry.

Barrel makers run a lot at a time. If you catch them at the right time your wait isn't as long as sombodies that just missed.

I just got a call from them today asking about an issue i had with my bolt. they are going to correct it for me for a small fee. its been about 3 weeks and looks like they have already started. so maybe it will be less then the quoted 12-14 weeks. I sure hope

I think most people are over conservative on the Length of time they tell you it will take to get your bbl out, to give them a little breathing room in case there is a problem with production.

I have 3 from Pac Nor and all came before the quoted ship date.

just to follow up on this. i got a call from them on last friday saying it would ship today,monday) so it was about 5 weeks i beleive. not bad for a install of a totally custom rifle.,even the contour was my spec.)

My credit card was billed Thursday 13 March 06 ordered barrel 31 Jan 06, it took about 6 weeks ....not bad at all

I ordered a Pac-Nor Super Match prechambered for my Savage yesterday and was told 5-6 weeks. Vmthtr was a tremendous help to me getting the chamber I wanted. Sincere thank-you to him.

well, after ups failed to deliver last friday as tracking number said, and they failed again to deliver last night. I finnaly told them to hold it and I would go get it. they started to tell me it wasnt there and it went out on the truck.... so after being quite upset and waiting he went and looked. low and behold it was there. needless to say that was the last time i'll be F-ed over by ups. I'm only going to purchase from people willing to ship usps or preferably fedex.

on a positive note I did Finally get my new 6BR back and I can start dialing in my seating depth tonight. yippie!
