Outstanding customer service from SEB products!!!

I had an issue with my nearly 4 year old SEB Bigfoot bag. I contacted Sebastian concerning the repair...something I was going to easily accomplish myself. I just had a question about adhesives. He insisted on providing a new updated bag at no cost. I messaged him on the 4th, the bag shipped out on the 6th, and arrived this morning.....from his business in Indonesia!!! I can't reliably get packages shipped domestically a few states over in that time frame.

SEB (Sebastian Lambang) is one of the nicest people I have ever met! He enjoys helping people. He believes in his products and constantly tries to improve them. He listens to his customers and uses their ideas (and his) to constantly improve his rests. The JoyPod-X easy leg adjustment came about because Bob Bock (a fellow Team Berger member) told SEB he could not go from the top sighting bull on the NRA FC 100 yard 22lr A-33 target down to the record bulls without adjusting the legs, which was not easy to do. Bob passed some of his own ideas on to SEB and the JoyPod-X was born! Even though he lives half a world away from the USA, his support is the best in the whole world!
