Otto Micro Hearing Protection. Bravo!

I have been using Otto Micro noise cancelling earplugs for about 18 months...maybe more. I love them. They are comfortable and effective. To my surprise one of earplugs stopped charging.

I called the company, spoke to a very nice lady who asked for my receipt. (I didn't have it.) She called around the internet dealers, found out where I bought it and got a copy of my receipt. I mailed the whole kit back and in less than 2 weeks received a new set of earplugs.

Bravo Otto Communications! Customer service at its best. I had them a while and really wasn't expecting a new kit. They are not cheap, but they work great and it's worth it to me to have this kind of support.

+1 for Botach. I got mine there about 3 yrs. ago.
On a CS note, mine quit holding a charge on one of the units. After about 3-4 hours, one would be dead. As stated above called Otto, sent unit in w/ receipt, and they sent a new kit out in a couple days. FFW 9 months, the same issue came up. Repeated the process with the same result. Not a lot of questions about usage, etc.
It was simply, "send it in, and we'll fix it"

Had same charging issues with mine. Customer service was excellent, but the product failure issue doesn't instill confidence.

Hate resuscitating an old thread, but unfortunately I wasn't so lucky. A 3-year-old set died on me. The best they can offer was to sell me another set for about $310. I didn't expect a free replacement, but I also didn't expect for them to sell it back to me with a markup for a replacement set. I guess they're not fond of having a surplus amount of skin in the game.

I got mine in December and the right ear would not cancel the blast(bad experience to say the least) right out of the box. I have been back and forth between OTTO, BOTACH and Amazon with no help what so ever. No Warranty or returns I was told. Can't talk to anything with a pulse. Real bad experience for sure,I just ate $400 on Asian junk .

Check with credit card company. Just maybe if they were defective from the start.

My batteries on otto noise barriers are simply wearing out, despite “100%” charge they will not last through the day anymore.

Like many above, out of the warranty period and they offered to sell me a par for $300 vs $400 retail with no case. $300 every 2 years isn’t acceptable end of life expectation for me despite loving the product.

I’ll look into hearing aid battery version too.
