So this was me. If you were looking for any more of a reason to get an Otter Creek Labs suppressor then look no further. Andrew is the absolute best when it comes to taking care of his customers. I surely don’t know of any other suppressor company that would go to the same lengths like he did after this incident.
This was something that happened in less than 10 seconds and was a huge blow and a giant headache between the police department and the ATF. Andrew really didn’t have to help me out here since it was stolen and I had no item to actually warranty, yet he made the choice to replace it and adjust their policy to serve those that god forbid ever get their suppressor stolen in any event.
You will not be disappointed in the performance of any Otter creek can and you certainly will never be let down by their customer service.
