Ordered my 22br barrel

Going to start off in the 22br world the easy way with a 26" 1-12 barrel from T/C for one of my Pro-Hunters. Would love to hear some starting point loads for this set up from you folks. Got a 1-10 T/C barrel for my 6br & have yet to find something that gun won't shot sub moa,..hoping for the same from the 22br. Thanks!

If you have any VV N-135 or N-140, try it with 50-55 grain bullets. Not sure what the starting point should be.

have 24" douglas on rampro action, 12 twist. must have lucked out, but aa 4064 works for me. matches factory 22-250 vel. with 4 grs. less powder. 31.5 grs w/52 hpbt sierra @3680, under 3" @500yds.. haven't chrono'd 50 gr. nos. bt., but they are wow factor on pd's.

I'm shooting a 29" Shilen select match: 60gr Vmax - 29.0/H4895 - BR4 with 55gr Vmax I use 29.5/H4895 - oal @ 2.150 with both bullets. I prefer the wind bucking resistance of the 60 grainers in the p-dog towns.

** CAUTION ** You need to start with a reduced powder charge and work up as your T/C action isn't as stout as a 700 bolt gun.

Any signs to look out for? For my T/C with the 6br barrel it seems to really like 87gr Hornady SP pushed by 29.5gr of Varget & the Hornady 75gr HP with 33.0gr of BL-C2. Hard to believe that could be any harder on an action than alot of the larger calibers with factory ammo. Just curious.
