I'm playing with vreeble crackle, it took me a few attempts doing sprayout cards. Today I'm going to spray it on a Xring for @Dusty Stevens.
2nd attempt using a clear with a long tail solvent, it split nicely but started to mend itself.
2nd attempt was over a 1k laquar, now we're talking, just worried about wrinkling when I go to clear over itfinally I went back to a basecoat clear coat but with a faster clear. This is what I'll be spraying today.
I've got some ideas and color combinations running around my head now for this.
I also have 4 ST1000'S to start painting this week for @WSMNUT.
1 Theme
1 3 layer marble
1 a new to me marble technique. Dipped in paint not wrapped.
and finally a tri coat red for Zack heavy gun that went through some HEAVY modifications.

No sunlight in my backyard...and I forgot to take pictures at the range, although would have
been the same as its got a covered awning..
The colors really change and dance in the sun and it looks pretty dark in the shade.
Im really digging this work of art from Brett.
Had to go and confirm my Zero.......and it still is hummin.

We use crackle effect on timber lures .Some blokes normally use like a pva wood glue to create the crackle as a base and spray colours over the top then clear it. There's also a crackle effects paint in the market aswell. Looks mad by all means if it's working dnt change a thing.
