8-8.5 would be my suggestion.

The berger 190/195 need a 1-8 at 0 temp and elevation with 2900fps which is moderate velocity for 28nos.
Might want to ask the barrel manufacturer if a certain rifling number and pattern (polygonal or ratchet ect..) is easier on jackets.

I shoot 190 LR with 8.5 tw Kreiger 32 inch long range target rifle. 78 Retumbo and CCI200. 3150 fps.
Stable to 1400 and will soon go to 2000 yds. As stated above you may need 8tw with shorter hunting barrel and 190/195 bullets below 3,000. FB is .228 and I'm just above neck/shoulder.
