Opinions on suppressor end cap strike?

Just a couple thoughts.

You said this was a your “newest ladder”, what was different?

The top photo may be deceptive, but the holes almost show an unstable bullet. It may just be the type of target, but you should check that. Shoot separate holes, it’s impossible to see wobble when you shoot a single hole with multiple bullets.

I have had bullets come apart inside a suppressor before. One looked similar to what you have pictured. Basically a slightly deformed inside lip and a brass mark. The other wiped out a few of the baffles and you could see damage from one end to the other.

Fifty rounds and enough carbon built up to cause a problem, is not something I would expect even with subsonic rounds. If that is even remote possibility it would be worthwhile to check the bore size of the baffles, they may be a bit small.
