Opinions needed on Berger 105 vld target for 6mm gt

Im new to the 6gt and need to know if this would be a good bullet choice. Please let me know the pros and cons. And what twist rate for barrel would be best. I have not purchased a barrel yet. Im trying to decide which bullet I want to go with before I purchase a barrel. But for now I need opinions on which Berger bullet for 6gt. 105 vld targets are easy for me to get ahold of which is why im leaning towards them. But if there is another Berger bullet that would be better for this cartridge id consider waiting for it to come into stock. Please let me know what you guys think. Thank you. Kaden.

The Berger 105 gr. VLD works very well in my 243AI & 6BRX. The 105 gr. Bart's Hammer is probably gonna be more accurate.

I used these years ago in 6BR and won quite a few matches. I switched to 105 Hybrids and had the same results. Either is a good choice. I use eight inch twist barrels.

Buy them, jam them and they will shoot - frustrating trying to get them to work away from the lands.

Just wondered on the groups because if the bottom one was a group too it was a great group. Nice Shooting too.

Kaden, I don't shoot VLD Targets, but the Berger 105 VLD Hunts shoot great out of my GT. 1/3 MOA groups and I dropped a deer in it's tracks from 300 yards with one. I'm getting 2,895 fps with 34.2 grains of Varget and an OAL of 2.532. I'd be surprised if the VLD Targets were very much different at all.
