opening up bolt face

hi all.this is my first post. I have been lurking on here since a fellow shooter turned me on this extremely helpfull site this spring. I have a rem sendero that I had trued and rebarreled with a pac nor tube that I got back a few weeks ago in 300 win mag. I replaced the bolt with a Ptg bolt and had the barrel set up with their pac nut which is basicly the same as a savage setup so I could change cartriges. I was thinking of getting a .358 wsm wildcat made to deer hunt here in indiana because next year the law will probably change to allow 1.8 in case lenth in rifles. Can I open up the old bolt face from.532 to the .535 dia.and still b safe? Will the extractor still work and/ or fit?

Before you get started, get a WSM case and check it in your boltface.

The Aussies developed this cartridge a while back and call it the .35 Sambar. The Sambar is a large deer imported into Australia.

"Cartridges of the World" shows a load using the 225 gr Nosler and H4350 moving out at 2840 fps.

First,I concur with Doc Ed and try thr wsm. If it doesnt fit,I would send it to greg at gretan rifles. His price and turn around is awesome and he does real nice work. GreTan is in colorado. You will probably ship it on a monday and have it back next monday.
