It's always the 223 lol...happened to me about a year ago with the 223 also

Oldy but goody. 6mm Remington.
Went through four old used sizing dies.
Found one a bit more generous and doesn't squish the brass so much as the others.
Still chambers well.
A lot less work and anxiety.
