Wow, just got home from a 5 day PD shoot yesterday in western SD and feeling a little down having to come back to civilization. Got up this morning and having a cup of coffee , went down and started a couple of barrels soaking to clean, came back up and brewed another cup, sat down to the computer and opened up the Forum to do some reading. I looked out the window and WOW!!! My heart skipped a beat and there was a big old Woodchuck under the bird feeder 45 feet away!! Took off to the basement for my 20 VT skipping all the way, back up stairs and verrry slowly opened the window eased the barrel out the window, took very careful aim ( A long shot ay 45 feet) and squeezed the trigger. Wow flipped it over on its back, DRT tail a flapping......After 2,3,400 yd+ shooting for 5 days, I was VERY IMPRESSED with myself A one shot kill at 45 ft .....ONE HAPPY CAMPER !!!
Needless to say , that really eased my pain of having to come back to civilization
