That is great customer service! I am a recent purchaser of the trickler, a couple months I guess, about how long have you owned yours and approximately how much use have you given it? After using mine I don't think I could go back to my old method

Get one! I am almost positive you will not be dissapointed.

Love it. Got the weighted tube and no more using the shims to adjust by tilting it.

I'm guessing I have had this for around a year. I came across it on e-Bay and purchased it. Shortly after I received it they sent me a new one: Think they changed the motors in the unit. The only drawback that I saw was what BillSlattery mentioned, having to shim the bottom to get good feed. And, like you, I could not go back to another trickler. I don't know how many hundreds of cases I have loaded with this; but I am hooked.

Bought one. EXCELLENT product. I go to great lengths to get as accurate a load as I can, for me, this is the best trickler I have used--EVER!

I ordered a Sartorius GD503 lab scale and it is scheduled to be here the 28th. I am really looking forward to using this new combo, the IMEGA and the 503. Hopefully this will ad another degree of accuracy.
