I put a NF BEAST on my Viper SS 284 Win and zeroed. 5 shots to chrono and get barrel settled in. 40 degrees, cold, windy , damp. Shot 3, 4, 5 grouped good enough and I loaded up and headed for the 1200 yd line. 30 minutes till dark and wind was a little better. I took first shot on plate but too dark to see splash. I had four more rounds so I went on the ground hog because it is easy to see splash close to him. First shot was a foot right and a foot low. Second shot was still right. third shot I held a little more and Chuckie layed back all the way hard and set back up. Fourth and last shot I saw no splash but it did hit the stand slightly right and low

Loaded 10 rounds of 284 win 183 SMK”s and popped the NF BEAST on the Viper SS. Bore sighted the scope and first shot was less than two inches from red

. Next shot went up an inch. Now with any luck shots 3 , 4, and 5 will fall in together. Well close enough. Next to 1200 with next 5 rounds.
Getting dark and cold. Wind layef a little but still kicking a little. Took first shot on plate but saw nothing. On next shot I went to Chuckie because he is small and dirt splash is easy to see around him. Shot #1 on Chuckie was low right.
Held a little high left and ticked it off. A little right still.
Shot three on chuck I held off a little more and touched it off.
Ole Chuckie rolled hard all the way back and set back up.
Last shot I saw nothing. It actually hit ghd stand holding Chuck. Kill shot to thd throat / chest area. I did not have my phone for pics so I brought Ole Chuckie to the house for pics
Good shooting. Are you still shooting a 9 twist barrel?
yes. 9 twist

AW Man I was hoping for the real thing but I know its very satisfying to make a hit like that cause i know how hard it is at that range. Good Job
