older 54 Value?

Was thinking about getting an Annie 54 for some club bench-rest matches and small-bore competition. No rust, stock have some very minor handling marks. 1972 1407match & w/1413 stock
Would the package shown below work ok and what's a fair price for it?.
Cannot afford the newer stuff that's over $3500

$1500 to $1800. The lower stock in the pic is probably worth $500 by itself. Unless you get an super deal I would keep looking for a later Annie with the 5018 trigger.
