Just for attention/appreciation, I thought I would throw up some pics of some old spotters I found around the office.

My first spotter was an old Bushnell Spacemaster.

Dad left me this. Bausch and Lomb 15x60x60. “The Discoverer“. Don’t know how old.

I had a B&L Discover like that in the late 1960's, I traded it off just to replace it with a slightly newer one with a charcoal paint job. We compared it few years ago with a much newer high end scope with multiple eye pieces. We couldn't see any difference in our very un-scientific comparison. It's big, it's bulky, and heavy BUT, it works well. I don't use it much when shooting prairie dogs or gophers, but do use it at the range.

You look back at some of this stuff and wonder how competitors shot as well as they did....
