Old Hornady 190gr Match bullets, need info please!

I've come into a couple of boxes of old Hornady 190gr match bullets. They look interesting with their rebated tail, but I can't find any product number on the box. Has anyone used these in the past? Worth trying, or set them on the shelf as an oddity? I'd really like to know what type of BC, either G1 or G7 I could expect with them. Thanks in advance.

Go to: hodgdon reloading center online and look up loads for their 190 btsp and start low and work up.

I know how to reload. I'm just looking for a starting point on a BC so I'm not randomly sending lead downrange.

Have you tried contacting Hornady? I bet they have people working there who were doing so too when your bullets were made: http://www.hornady.com/

Those look like the Hornady 190's a friend gave me years ago to shoot. I used the same load with WCC58 cases and Sierra 190 HPMK's; 42 grains of IMR4064. Didn't shoot as accurate when tested at 600 yards as the Sierra's; about 6 inches compared to 3 for the Sierra's.

I think Hornady also made 168's with rebated bases, 7mm ones called "National Match" or something like that.

The place I got them from had at least 10 more boxes. They also had a bunch of 7mm National Match bullets, as well as some older Lapua 195 target bullets. It looked like they bought out an old reloading estate.
