Old brass is splitting necks Anyway to save it?

Ive got a bunch of RP 6 Rem brass .
Ive shot about 20 pieces 15 of which came out with cracked necks. I did attempt to anneal it but may not have done it right.
Is there anything i can do to salvage it?

Throw it away. Buy good 7x57 Mauser brass. Anneal necks. Make 6mm Rem brass.

I too use some RWS along with Norma. Good stuff.
I cant figure out how Norma got its reputation
I fireformed 25 pieces in my 6 ackley. Under max load for 6 Rem 10 came out once fired with loose pockets. Had several other calibers come out with ejector marks in the case head at starting loads. At a buck each that failure rate is terrible!

As far as the old brass I hate to throw away anything I can fix. But junk is junk. Most of my career is fixing near junk!

I've used quite a bit of Prime ammo (Norma brass w/ Prime headstamp) all LRP 6.5 CM and have 5-6 loadings on them with no issues. Primer pockets are tight and excellent consistency and accuracy. I've heard the stories but the 6.5 CM brass seems pretty good.

I fear this post will cause the thread to take a hard left into the Accurate Shooter world of 6.5 "creepmore" and more reference to the "talisman".
