I just used the Hobo Oil as a penetrating oil and it worked. Had a base screw stuck tight on a Talley LW ring, this one was stripping the L-wrenches that Talley sends out. This screw was by the bolt head, so I inverted rifle and filled hole to sit overnight. Next morning oil had penetrated screw, put a little heat to it and it popped and came out.
