@dirtworks5 sold me a SEB Neo, two days later it was on my doorstep. The shipping - which he paid for - cost him $96 dollars. It is a relatively heavy item. The joystick was damaged during transport due to the mail monkeys manhandling the wood box which he took painstaking steps to build in order to ensure nothing was damaged.
Not his fault as everything was packed up tight and bubble wrapped. I actually saw the postal worker refuse to carry the box and drop it roughly then start to roll it end over end. Sickening to watch as it’s not so heavy that a grown man can’t carry it. Good thing I was in my garage when he showed. At any rate, Vern offered to pay for a new joystick handle when I called him to tell him what had happened.
I doubt you could find a better guy to deal with anywhere. Definitely one of the good guys...
