Oehler customer service

Lately my late '80s era Oehler 35 has been acting up. The good folks at Oehler recommend I send it in. They recieved it Friday Feb 22nd. I got it back today, all fixed up, and with a new battery, postage paid,and no charge! They replaced the battery harness.

Instead of starting a new post I will add on to this one. I sent my 35P in to be repaired last Friday, they received it Tuesday and it was delivered to me today, free of charge!!! Outstanding customer service.

A phone call to Oehler, some green Scotchbrite & rubbing alcohol fixed my 80s era 35 last month. Good folks, quality instrument.

ditto here also. great company and product. i have 3-d printed a wedge to fit into the sensor hole, and with a piece of plexiglass screwed onto it with a laser bore sighter in the rifle, i can set up the crono with the bullet in the center. no way to shoot it. takes a minute, but worth it.
