Oehler Chronographs - PLEASE READ!!

I'm fortunate enough to work within 15 minutes of where Oehler is located. A few years back my printer quit. I drove over at lunch and they replaced it while I waited. Wasn't even late getting back to work.
Great service by a great company.

I mailed my unit back to Ohler last Tuesday. Got it in the mail Monday. That is fast....

I have a 43. Nice unit especially the pressure reading function.

I do not have the acoustical target, anyone know where I can obtain one?

Sometime in the early 2000's I wanted to get a Oehler and called them. I asked questions about their products and they were easy to talk to. About a week later I called back to order and they were closing the doors.

So, I went with a CED instead. I've been very pleased with CED and have no regrets.

But, it seems to me that Oehler came back again some time later. Not sure what that was about but I remember they disappeared for awhile.

Good to hear they are still around even though I don't have their product.

I have an older 35P that I didn't use for many years until recently. I had to get a new printer because the rubber rollers had dried out, but Oehler had the parts in stock and shipped them quickly. I had another small issue (my fault) that the helped me solve over the phone for no charge.

I highly recommend Oehler and their products/services.

You might check the classified history. I seem to remember some 35P's being sold. Don't remember the price.

About 20 years ago I wanted to buy an Oehler. Fortunately they closed up shop and I purchased a CED product. The CED has worked for 20 years without a problem and Oehler has decided to sell to the public again and now has decided to stop selling to the public. No thank you, seems Oehler can't make up their mind what they want to do.
