OCD?

Hey, I'm new around here, take it easy. The counting primers was probably me as I posted up over on 1911 what the average Winchester LP primer weighed. 4.676 IIRC. I'm looking into how FCC can build complete boxes of their coveted .45 auto Gold Medal match 185 FMJSWDC. A complete box of that ammo (50 rds individually) does not vary more than 2.4 grs total variation for the whole box. In fact for 3 boxes. Go figure.

For weighing 100 primers, you don't count them, you just drop a box 10 at a time into the scale cup.

Some WLPP info to consider maybe:
I recently weighed out 100 Winchester LPP's for both total weight for the 100 (1 box) primers and in groups of 10 each to see the average variation involved.
467.6 for all 100 weighed all together. In groups of 10 each their weights were: 1st 10 primers weighed 46.7 grs., 2nd 10= 46.6, 3rd 10= 46.7, 4th 10= 46.7, 5th 10= 46.7, 6th 10= 46.7, 7th 10= 46.7, 8th 10= 46.8, 9th 10-46.7, & 10th 10=46.9 totaling 467.2 grs. .4 grs less than the 100 total weighed at 1 time. .4 grs difference would either be scale inaccuracy or the ability of the scales to weigh out in 100ths. So about 4.676 using the 100 weighed at 1 time for easiest & probably most accurate computation.

Asking questions like that is why that L/Cpl will stay a L/Cpl.

He sounds like a victim of a Common Core educational system
