O-Ring and Parker-Hale Jags

Has anyone used these kinds of jags for cleaning a rifle bore?

Some other person that I can not find is making plastic or Delrin jags that is several inches long, thereby permitting the patch to exit, but never letting the cleaning rod or the joing hit the crown. I can't find the site though.

Also, what are the pros and cons of the standard point type jag vs the Parker-Hale (http://media.midwayusa.com/productimages/440x330/primary/129/129357.jpg) type?

I am just amazed no one else has come up with these. Or they are not more popular. I thought of this kind of design a long time ago and never did anything with it, despite having a lathe here to make the things. I gotta put some of my ideas into action!

The TCS(the custom shop ) ones are real nice but they are not cheap. He is in my backyard so to speak.
