Number 41 Winchester primers

Ran a ton of these in my CMP modern military rifle. Did have an occasional hiccup but cant say if it was the primer or the bolt carrier. Sometimes it fired on the second strike. Think they performed as well as can be expected.

That's just sad.

Back in the 1990s my friend owned River Valley Ordinance. He processed LC brass. I had three five gallon buckets of primed LC that I shot over a decade. All Win primers. Perfect performance.

They all go bang. And visually, they appear to be clean and uniform. But man, they're all over the board on velocity.
