How does the Plus Protection work? My homeowners charges me a percentage of my gun's values. Think it is 5% or 10% per year. They do the same?

Is the standard protection's $2500 over and above a regular homeowners $1000. Is it a one time sign up or do you have to renew it every year with membership?

Heck, just the insurance protection looks to be worth NRA membership.
