NRA E-Target Rules Review

The Chairman of the NRA High Power Rile Committee has appointed a new subcommittee to study the current NRA Rules pertaining to the use of electronic targets in all forms of NRA High Power Rifle competition and all High Power disciplines.

The subcommittee is interested in obtaining ideas, comments, concerns and feedback from experienced competitors relevant to those Rules and how they might be amended to ensure that the Rules are fair and workable for all.

A special email address has been created for the purpose of collecting ideas, suggestions, comments and concerns.

Anyone wishing to comment on the current Rules or suggest items for inclusion in future Rules may email those ideas and comments to: etargets-sc2017@earthlink.net.

All such communications will be forwarded to the Subcommittee for consideration.

The subcommittee has received a number of very good responses and suggestions in response to this posting and wishes to thank everyone who took the time to send in their ideas and suggestions.

The subcommittee will begin its work in earnest after the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Anyone wishing to send a response to the email address shown above should feel free to do so before Thanksgiving. The more information the subcommittee has from the competitors, the better the product will be coming from the committee.

Fear of the Alliance is always a possibility, but I think they just missed it the first time. I did get a response within minutes on the second try, so all good now.
